Regular Night Class (Blended) | ✷ | Fill the Registration Form | | ✷ | Fill the "Installment Payment Schedule Form Tuition Fee Loan" | | ✷ | Pay a registration fee IDR 100,000 | | ✷ | For graduate high school (SMA/SLTA) / vocational school (SMK) or equivalent:
» Submit Copy of diploma / STTB legalized original 2 pieces.
» Submit a certified Copy of the original NEM 2 sheets. | | ✷ | For graduate D3/D2/D1/S1 :
» Submit Copy of diploma legalized original 2 pieces.
» Submit Copy of Transcript of legalized original 2 pieces. | | ✷ | For Transfer Students:
» Submit Copy of diploma / STTB SLTA legalized original 2 pieces.
» Submit Transcript of Origin legalized Campus original 2 pieces.
» Moving Certificate (From Campus of Origin). | | ✷ | Submit recent photographs of size 2 x 3, 3 x 4, 4 x 6 (5 pieces each) - be followed | | ✷ | Bring stamp IDR 6,000 (1 piece). |
